Using the games, students have the opportunity to carry out up to 12 practical tasks in a virtual world and, with the help of self-reflection, discover their talents and identify inclinations towards certain professional fields and the corresponding professions. At the end of myTalentsOnline, there is the opportunity to gather further information on the topic of career choices and to obtain information in this area.

Challenge
A large company like Roche offers a variety of career fields and corresponding professions for every talent and inclination. The games are designed to encourage students to get to know their talents and interests and learn more about the professions.
Implementation
We designed and developed a total of twelve small games and explorative experiences with WebGL, each tailored to real tasks and requirements in the professions. The students can also use a rating system to record how much they enjoyed each topic.
